At Brainin, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within Saudi Arabia. International shipping may be available — contact us for details.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time All orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.
4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed.
